Return to Diving following Lockdown

Well at last, following almost 4 months of COVID lockdown, Mid Herts Divers got back in the water for a fantastic dive at the Blue Lagoon, Arlesey. The sun came out on a warm afternoon and we had a very sedate dive with Peter, Sue, Russ, Trevor and Clive without incident. Water temperature was an anticipated 8 degrees with moderate visibility. Not much had changed since December and Sue even managed to see a couple of pike in the area of the huts.
Next outing is Easter Sunday, Bank Holiday Monday both a gentle start for different Mid Herts Divers members at Arlesey, building up to trips to Stoney Cove and then to the coast at Swanage. Photo of the team socially distancing while carrying out their buddy checks.
