Lovely sunny weekend for some diving in Portland. Shame the wind picked up on the 2nd day so was a bit rock 'n' roll! Viz not great but could see the wrecks and some aquatic life, so all in all a great weekend diving.
Well done Becky & Sarah who completed their OD qualification with a sea dive on the outer mulberry. The viz was quite poor but we still saw a couple of cuttlefish amongst other things 👏👏
Well done to Richard, first OD to qualify with MHD in 2024! Sea dive in littlehampton. Unfortunately the viz was terrible but had a great day out!
We have two new Sports Divers at Mid-Herts! Neil Cadenhead and Daniel Dew completed the last stages of their training at Stoney Cove. Congrats guys!
A great evening on Saturday at our End of Year Presentation which we all enjoyed with some good food and fun at the Red Lion. This was the biggest ever Mid-Herts Divers Christmas celebration with 54 people attending.🎉🥳🥂
Clive and James P braved the -2deg C air temperature today at Stoney. It was +9deg C in the water and the vis was great, up to ~7m. That made for easier navigation and cold, but enjoyable, diving!

A zero viz dive off Bracklesham Bay after Swanage was blown out. Worth it to get 2 more Ocean Divers qualified before the winter. Well done guys 👏👏
