Egypt 2018

Our dive holiday 2018 was a trip to the Red Sea diving the ‘Northern Wrecks and Reefs. This is a great introduction to Egypt taking in the Thistlegorm one of the best wrecks in the world, Tiran, Ras Mohammed, Abu Nuhas and Gubal reefs and their wrecks. Whirlwind the liveaboard was our home for the week out Hurghada with the help of a couple of good friends from Milton Keynes BSAC club we had a full boat of 20 divers.

For six of our members this was their first time on an Egyptian liveaboard and the wonders of the Red Sea. After having 20+ dives in a week and seeing the wrecks and sea life they were all smiling on the way back to the airport.

We dived the wrecks Thistlegorm, Giannis D, Carnatic, Kingston, the Barge and Ulysses.
