Easter Sunday dive at Arlesey was just perfect!

There were six of us, Peter & Matt, Paul & Clive and Alan and Sue who joined us from MK Divers.

We were all alone, just the divers, ducks and coots. The coots were busy making a nest of twigs underneath the jetty, ducks doing what ducks do and the divers kitting up, diving in the surprisingly clear water, getting out and raving about the underwater scene and the sunshine that greeted us as we surfaced.

The air and water temperatures both about 11 degrees. Not much fish life but Sue did manage to see a medium sized pike and the tail of the catfish as it disappeared under the cabin cruiser.

We even managed to come across a golden Easter Egg in Willy Wonka style and thoroughly enjoyed the chocolate Easter cake that Sue had baked - a great way to end a great dive.
